Well, the simple answer of this question is No. However, in broader term computer is the most advanced device in the world. It is simply brilliant than average human beings.
Having said this, computer is developed by human beings. So, in this sense, human being is most advanced. But, this invention and development is not a part of one day research. Human beings have researched on it and a computer what we see today is a result of hard work spanned to decades. Technology is doing wonders and the innovation is coming from brilliant computer scientists. Not everyone is mastered in every application of computers. Computer study is an advanced subject, which requires lot of struggle and hard work. Today, computer is being used in all sectors.
