Photoshop Tutorial: Metallic Text

Hey!

Today I would like to show you how to create a simple metallic effect for a text.

1. Creating Text

First let's create our Photoshop document. I'll use size 500 x 200 (width x height).



Now let's write our text. Select your favorite font and write it onto your document. You can use every color you want, it will be changed later.



If your text is written right click on your text layer and select "Blending Options. If it's done set these settings:









Click there here it said "Click here" and set this:







2. Final Words

And now you are done. You should have something like this:



Now you can customize how ever you want. My outcome looks like this:
