Now that things changed and men and women are equal this is changing, but women still have a long road for their minds to develop as much as that of men.

Are you serious? There are still people who are so narrow minded that they think this way? Look at some of the world leaders and heads of companies and you'll see many well qualified women.
Even though certain aspects of biology came into women a bit later than in men (causing some imperfections in that department) and vice-versa, evolution happens on a generational level, meaning that each individual is at a different level of evolution.

What the hell? I think women are equal to men in EVERY way! We can do anything they can do, easily. We don't have that testosterone clouding our judgement and we don't let our dicks motivate us.
Since evolution occurs in a species, not a sex, I have to disagree. Also, evolution is mostly physical. I believe mentally "adapting" would be more correct here.
